Including, but not limited to, loss of use, data, or profits, procurement of substitute services or business interruption however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract or strict liability including negligence or otherwise arising in any way out of the use of Zipped Sites scripts, RSS Feeds, products and services, and you are hereby advised of the possibility of such damage. Zipped Sites cumulative liability to the "Licensee" for any loss or damages relating to this License shall not exceed the amount paid by the "Licensee" to Zipped Sites.
